Start with one Core and add Hubs later. Depending on the site, install Core on its own or combine Core and Hub. Begin at the points that matter most and add measurement points step by step.
Core
Base model for high-capacity main
panels and key equipment
AI-ELEX Core is the base model, installed where power use is high and management priority is greatest. In factories it monitors key machines and production lines. In buildings it monitors the main distribution panel and high-capacity equipment.
- Supports single-phase and three-phase measurement
- Measures voltage, current, power, temperature and earth leakage
- Sends data over wired LAN (Ethernet)
- DIN rail mounting, or a separate measurement enclosure (retrofit)
Hub
Expandable measurement model
for panels with many circuits
AI-ELEX Hub is the expandable model, collecting power data from many machines in a detailed breakdown for buildings with a lot of equipment. Energy use can be managed by floor, by zone and by equipment.
- Multi-circuit measurement: 2 three-phase channels and 6 single-phase channels
- Measures temperature and humidity at the installation point
- Wired LAN, RS485 (Modbus) and optional communication modules
- Compact enough for a tight distribution panel

Measurement
What do we measure?
Not only energy use, but also the items that relate to electrical safety. The measurements go through AI analysis, which leads to anomaly detection and guidance on what to do.
Voltage, current, power
Measures real-time use, cumulative energy and peak power.
Overload, overvoltage
Detects loads and voltages that exceed the thresholds you set.
Current imbalance
Analyzes per-phase current deviation to find load distribution problems.
Earth leakage
Monitors leakage current to reduce the risk of shock and fire.
Temperature
A temperature sensor monitors temperature rise inside the distribution panel.
Frequency, power quality
Checks for abnormal frequency and abnormal power patterns.
Configuration
Example setups by site
Factory setup
AI-ELEX Core → Main distribution panel, main equipment lines
A small plant can start with one to three Core units. An equipment-heavy plant installs a Core on each key machine to compare use between lines.
Building setup
AI-ELEX Core → Main distribution panel, high-capacity equipment
AI-ELEX Hub → Panels by floor, by zone and by equipment
Small and mid-size buildings use a Core on the main supply and Hubs on the key panels. Large buildings add Hubs by floor and by zone, step by step.
※ Facility management companies can run several buildings from a single monitoring screen.
