itView Co., Ltd. collects only the minimum personal information needed to receive inquiries and hold consultations, and manages the information it collects securely.
itView Co., Ltd. (hereinafter ‘the Company’) complies with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable Korean laws, and establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in order to protect the personal information of users.
1. Personal information items collected and methods of collection
The Company collects the information below through the contact form on its website. Apart from the information entered by the user, no personal information is collected separately.

2. Purposes of collecting and using personal information
- Reviewing inquiries and providing answers
- Sending product materials and arranging online briefings and consultation schedules
- Advising on the configuration and quotation needed to evaluate a deployment
- Statistical analysis to improve our services (processed in a form that cannot identify an individual)
3. Retention and use period of personal information
Personal information collected is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its use has been achieved. However, for the purpose of managing consultation records it is retained for 3 years from the date of collection and then destroyed, and where retention is required by applicable law it is kept for the period prescribed by that law.

4. Provision of personal information to third parties
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties. The following cases are exceptions.
- Where the user has given prior consent
- Where an investigative authority makes a request under the procedures and methods prescribed by law, on a legal basis or for the purpose of an investigation
5. Outsourcing of personal information processing
The Company currently does not outsource personal information processing to any external party. If outsourcing arises in the future, the Company will disclose the contractor and the scope of the outsourced work by reflecting them in this policy, and will take the measures required by applicable law.
6. Rights of data subjects and how to exercise them
Users may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information. Requests can be made by email or telephone using the contact details below, and the Company will verify the request and act on it without delay. Where a user requests correction of an error in their personal information, the Company will not use or provide that personal information until the correction is complete.
7. Procedure and method for destroying personal information
- Destruction procedure: personal information whose retention period has passed or whose processing purpose has been achieved is classified for destruction under internal policy and then destroyed.
- Electronic files: permanently deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible.
- Paper documents: destroyed by shredding or incineration.
8. Measures to ensure the security of personal information
- The number of staff who handle personal information is kept to a minimum and their access rights are managed.
- Access control measures are applied to systems where personal information is stored.
- Access records of personal information processing systems are retained and protected against forgery and alteration.
- Staff who handle personal information receive regular training.
9. Installation and operation of automatic collection devices, and how to refuse them
The Company’s website does not use cookies for personalized advertising. Users can refuse the storage of cookies through their web browser settings.
10. Personal information protection officer
The Company has designated the personal information protection officer below to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle user complaints and remedies for damage related to that processing.

12. Changes to this privacy policy
If the contents of this privacy policy are added to, deleted or amended, the Company will announce the changes on its website from 7 days before they take effect.
