AI-ELEX for Industry
Factory solutions
We measure the power of production equipment unit by unit, and alert you before it turns into a breakdown or an electrical incident. It retrofits to your existing distribution panels, so you can deploy it without stopping the factory.
Challenges
Factory power is still
checked by eye
Risk of electrical fire
Earth leakage, overload and overheated contacts are hard to see, and the damage is large once an incident happens.
Hard to trace the cause of a fault
Inspection starts only after the equipment has stopped, and finding the cause costs time and money.
Large losses during an outage
When a production line stops, product loss, restart costs and late deliveries all arrive at once.
Not enough inspection staff
There are too few people to inspect electrical equipment continuously, so regular rounds of a large site are difficult.
After AI-ELEX
After deploying AI-ELEX
We monitor equipment power at all times, and when something looks wrong we also tell you how to respond.
- Early detection of anomalies
- Electrical fire prevention
- Equipment failure prediction
- Remote inspection
- Real-time alerts
- Better power efficiency
- Safety incident prevention
- Fast, simple installation
Features
Features factories actually use
Find savings through
energy use analysis
We analyze energy use by equipment, peak demand and inefficient periods to show where you can cut the electricity bill and where operations can improve.
- Compare use by equipment and by line
- See when peaks occur by time of day
- Check standby power during idle hours
- Check the current value of each phase at the Line 3 distribution panel.
- Check the motor load and the belt tension.
- If the anomaly continues, ask your service engineer to inspect it.
Detect equipment anomalies
before a breakdown
We analyze changes in current and voltage, overload, phase imbalance and abnormal power patterns to see early where equipment may develop a problem. You can respond with preventive inspection instead of repair after the fact.
- Learn normal operating patterns, then detect deviations
- Monitor overload, imbalance and abnormal frequency
- Notify the person in charge as soon as an anomaly occurs
Monitor electrical safety risks
and temperature together
We detect warning signs related to electrical safety, such as abnormal load, possible overheating and power imbalance, and send them to the manager right away. With temperature sensors you can also monitor temperature rise inside the distribution panel.
- Detect earth leakage, overvoltage and overload
- Monitor temperature rise in the distribution panel
- Thermal imaging camera integration (In development)
- Alarm history and log records
Remote inspection
and reports
Check equipment status remotely before you go to the site, and manage energy use, anomaly history and inspection records as reports. Repetitive inspection reporting work goes down.
- Check status remotely before a visit
- Compare use by hour, day, month and year
- Download report files

Product
Factories are built around AI-ELEX Core
Install first at the points with the highest management priority, such as the main distribution panel, key equipment and production lines, then add measurement points as needed.

AI-ELEX Core
Base model
This model is installed where energy use is high and management priority is high. In factories it monitors key equipment and production lines.
- Main uses
- Main distribution panel, high-capacity equipment, production lines
- Facilities
- Manufacturing plants, plant office buildings
- Communication
- Wired LAN (Ethernet)
